Susan Gibas, a European partner of Torque Management, is a Human Resources Professional with deep and extensive experience in:

Creating and facilitating international knowledge networks for blue-chip organisations, including the European Human Resource Network (EHRN).
Proposing, raising funds for, and leading, research projects
The provision of external, independent consultancy services

In addition to these skills Susan has held senior operational Human Resources Management experience in international organisations.

The EHRN is a think tank for senior Human Resource Specialists representing over one million employees. Susan founded and led EHRN which worked closely with the European Commission, European Parliament, leading European institutes and bodies and key experts on HP policy and legislative change. Set up as a conduit for response to Consultative documents, a knowledge and benchmarking forum for participants, the EHRN also conducted research, represented its members and provided networking opportunities. In addition, the EHRN completed a funded project to develop a web-based self-audit of socially responsible HR policy.

Susan has worked with the European Commission on programmes such as the Commission approved “EWC Implementation - experiences of management” research project where she was a project leader and as a consultant to the ‘Managing Change’ programme.

Previously, Susan held senior operational positions at leading international organisations including Welcome Foundation Ltd., EMI Publishing Ltd., EMI records Ltd.
