About Dee Carri

Dee Carri is an accomplished process and change management executive with 25+ year’s business experience. Dee formed Torque Management in 2002 to pursue her interest in quality and performance.   By enabling others to realise their potential through process and quality methods she has developed a reputation for delivering real value through process-based methods, models and designs.     Dee is practical, pragmatic, and results oriented. 

Dee provides strategic, board level advice to many blue-chip organisations on Quality, Compliance, Performance, Process, and IT related topics.  Clients include ICI, Cephalon plc., AstraZeneca plc., Gartner Consulting UK,  UK Department for Work and Pensions, IT Assist Programme Office (Northern Ireland, Department of Finance and Personnel), National Education Welfare Board, Irish League of Credit Unions, AIB, Irish Management Institute, IDA Ireland, CRH, Elisa Estonia. 
   
During her career Dee has held a number of senior management positions:
  • Gartner UK as Consulting Director,
  • PA Consulting Group in Ireland as e-buisiness Development Director
  • Elan Corporation plc as Vice President Information Technology with global responsibility for IT strategy, standards and policy
  • Member of the Board of Management of Elan Pharma Ltd.
 
Qualifications
 
  • MSc Strategic Quality Management Systems: Lean and Six Sigma, University of Limerick
  • Lean Black Belt
  • Six Sigma Master Black Belt
  • Diploma in Training and Continuing Education, National University of Ireland, Maynooth
  • Registered trainer with Fás – Irish government trainers register
  • Accredited BPTrends Associates trainer for the BPTrends BPM Curriculum programmes
