Andrew delivers Business and ICT Consulting & Training services to client organisations, with specific focus on Business Process Management, enabling them to achieve optimum organisational performance. The focus of his work is in the area of Process Development & Optimisation, Change Management, Business Analysis and Project Management.

Qualified in Electronic Engineering, he has over 20 years Business Management experience in the Technology-related environment. His areas of expertise include Strategic Planning for clients on Technology, Networks, Software Developments and Telecommunications issues, e-Commerce Strategies and System Implementation. He has extensive experience in Systems Implementation and Project Management of various applications across Retail, Services, Manufacturing and Telco sectors.

Andrew's extensive experience has required him to operate on assignments for a variety of industry sectors in Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Poland and the CzechRepublic, reporting to Director and Board Level.
