Improving Processes

The Improving Processes course is for anyone involved in generating process redesign ideas.  Participants gain a new understanding of BPM and learn about the tools to improve processes in a logical and repeatable way. They are provided with cutting edge ideas, tools and techniques and discover the 4-Dimensions Model of process improvement: Enhancement, Innovation, Derivation and Utilisation.

Measuring Process Performance

This is a central activity in BPM. It pinpoints current issues, facilitates comparisons with better practices and is essential for comparing alternative improvement scenarios.

Measuring Process provides valuable insights into the discovery, definition and management of effective process performance measures.

This course gives attendees the basic statistical analysis tools that facilitate meaningful analysis of process performance data. It is for anyone involved in the design and management of business processes, i.e. anyone in a management role in any organisation.

Managing Process Change

This is a highly interactive two-day workshop that arms attendees with the skills and tools to manage their team through a process change.

This course is for team leaders, managers, and leaders – anyone with people management responsibilities who is managing their team through a time of change.

It is also for HR personnel who advise people managers during a time of significant change in their organisations.

The Greatest Move™

The Greatest Move is a team BPM simulation event where participants work against the clock to manage real business situations using teamwork and key process skills.  Over the course of three rounds, players get to practice and improve their skills in an open, fun and trusting environment.   This is a super acitvity to kick-off a process project or to build process awareness.

Duration: 1 day

Who should participate: All staff

Integrated Quality, Process and Compliance

This course is designed with process and quality professionals in mind who have multi-discipline compliance requirements e.g. Fiscal, Product, Environmental, Health and Safety and perhaps ISO, EFQM or quality standards e.g. CE.   It explains the overlaps, gaps and congruence between different process and quality frameworks, providing participants with the techniques to analyse and build a  process-based compliance and a single suite of compliance and quality and business processes that are compliant,  minimising risk, removing duplication of effort throughout the organisation,  and  sufficiently agile to adapt to new requirements.  

Duration: 3 days

Who should participate: Compliance, Quality and Process Professionals; Centre of Excellence Managers.   

Lean Tools; Six Sigma Tools  

Lean and Six Sigma programmes are developed to meet specific client requirements and agreed outcomes.
